We welcome returns. We want you to make wise purchases, even during a pandemic.

Goods must be clean, unworn, undamaged, free of odours and pet hair and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse refund based on inspection of your return not meeting these criteria.

Under normal circumstances, we do not allow returns on items that were on sale when they were purchased. But we know it's hard to shop for clothes when you can't try things on, and our pandemic policies are designed to address that problem.

The specifics of our policy changes depending on how you purchased your items. We realize it's a bit complicated. But we ask for your participation as we adapt. 

In all cases, purchases that are 70% off are firmly final sale and not eligible for return, credit or exchange.

Swimwear is firmly final sale and is not eligible for return, credit or exchange.

PURCHASES THAT WERE SHIPPED TO YOU

We will refund the purchase price of full-priced unused and unworn merchandise within 10 days of package delivery date. Sale items are returnable for exchange or store credit only.

It would be very helpful if you can send unsuitable items back as quickly as possible, hopefully well within the 10 day window. We hope to find a new home for that dress!

We will exchange or refund the the purchase price of full-priced, unused, unworn merchandise within 10 days of purchase date. Sale merchandise purchased in our bricks and mortar store is final sale, not exchangeable or refundable. Swimwear is firmly non-returnable.

PURCHASES PICKED UP CURBSIDE OR DELIVERED BY RESONANCE

For local purchases picked up curbside or delivered by Resonance, we will exchange or refund the purchase price of full priced unused and unworn merchandise within three days of the pickup or delivery date. Sale items are exchange or store credit only. 70% off items and swimwear purchases are firmly non-returnable.

It would be very helpful if you can send unsuitable items back as quickly as possible. We hope to find a new home for that jacket!

US and International Shipments -- We use Canada Post. Brokerage, duty and local taxes may apply. All of these expenses are the customer's responsibility and not refundable in any way by Resonance. Refused parcels due to these expenses will be refunded less all expenses incurred for delivery. 

Please call or email in advance to confirm cross-border return procedure. There is a specific way to send cross border returns that does not incur brokerage, duty and tax on returns, and we are ONLY able to accept and refund return parcels that have followed this procedure. There are just a few details to be sure of before sending, and we are happy to help arrange them.

RETURN POLICY

For purchases you make in our bricks and mortar store, we will exchange or refund the the purchase price of full-priced, unused, unworn merchandise within 10 days of purchase date. Sale merchandise purchased in our bricks and mortar store is non-returnable, as is all swimwear.

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS

Return postage is at customer's expense, but if you message us first, we can send a return label to you using our discounted rates. You can print the label at home and drop off at your nearest post office without waiting in line. This service is available for Canadian shipments only.

If your total purchase is adjusted after a return and results in a total of less than $175, we charge the applicable postage rate and deduct that fee from the refund. Customers choosing exchange or credit for returns will be eligible for free shipping on one exchange, and will not be retroactively charged the initial shipping rate. 

If a parcel is refused delivery by customer or undeliverable due to customer error, the refund will deduct the cost of postage and return postage even if the initial postage was at no cost to the customer.
