We're looking for a Sales Associate to join our team.

The Role

As a Sales Associate on the Resonance team, your primary responsibility will be to provide customer service. You will create comfortable and memorable experiences for our customers, regardless of whether they interact with us in person, on social media, or in our online store.

You'll be encouraged to explore your interests and strengths. With the skills you gain in this role, opportunities for your future will include a career in customer service, fashion merchandising, fashion styling, or sales.

Required Skills

The Responsibilities

• Sell clothes and provide thoughtful styling expertise
• Create enjoyable and convenient shopping experiences
• Help ensure the store environment is neat and uplifting
• Develop collaborative relationships with other staff members 
• Create content that engages our customers online

The Hours

• Your work week will include weekend shifts
• You will work four days per week or more during summer
• Our optimal arrangement is four days a week from July through October, and two or three days a week during the winter months
• We can be flexible about hours so please consider applying even if these hours aren't your ideal

The Pay

• Starting at $22.75 per hour or more, depending on the skills and experience you bring
• Sales bonus when applicable
• We are a Living Wage employer, which means we've been certified by a third party as paying wage rates appropriate for the region in which we operate, and our wage rates are annually reviewed
