Coat drive starts now, continues 'til Nov. 30th.
Because every woman should be warm in winter
Bring us your gently used coats!
To give back to women in our local community, we’re continuing our annual coat drive tradition. If you bring a gently used women’s coat or child’s coat into Resonance during the month of November, we’ll pass it on to people who need them.
It’s a win-win-win situation! Your coat contribution does three things:
- You’ll get a $25 discount on the purchase of a new winter coat. We’re including every coat in the store on this offer, even the ones that are already marked down!
- We donate $25 to Optimism Place, a local women’s shelter.
- Together, we donate a boatload of coats to help women who have suffered abuse.
In addition, every Lolë and FIG winter coat purchased between October 1st and November15th will be entered in a draw to win your purchase price back, so you could win your coat for FREE!
Our outerwear selection is more varied than ever this year. Choose from FIG, Lolë, Soia & Kyo, Søsken, Eileen Fisher, Part Two, Cream, B Young, ICHI and Zilch, including all pieces already price reduced.
This offer applies to all outerwear purchased in October, so if you've already purchased, you're entered to win already, and you can still get your $25 credit by bringing in a coat.
In the past, some people have generously given more than one coat. We think that's awesome! We donate $25 for every coat collected, but only offer one discount per coat purchased.
This year, we’re making our donation to Optimism Place in the name of Lorraine Greenberg, who passed away earlier this month. Greenberg was a founding board member of the women’s shelter, the first recipient of its Woman Of The Year Award, as well as a fellow retailer in Stratford’s downtown. We’re proud to donate in her memory.
Last year, with your help, we proudly rounded our donation up to 750 dollars, and gave 30 coats to help local women. Please help us top last year’s donations by sharing news of this offer with a friend.
